    Every purchase is covered by our 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your vehicle history report for any reason — the data wasn't what you expected, the report didn't meet your needs, or anything else — simply contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund immediately.

    Credit Pack Purchases

    Unused credits from a credit pack are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. If you've purchased a credit pack and changed your mind, we will refund any unused credits at their original per-credit rate. If you've used some credits and want a partial refund on the rest, we'll honor that too — just reach out.

    How to Request a Refund

    Requesting a refund is simple:

    2. Include the email address used for purchase and your transaction ID (found in your PayPal receipt)
    3. Briefly describe what you'd like — a full refund, partial refund, or replacement report

    Refund Processing Time

    Once your refund is approved:

    • Refunds are processed the same or next business day
    • You will receive an email confirmation once processed
    • Funds return to your original PayPal account or card within 3–5 business days depending on your bank

    Duplicate Purchases

    If you accidentally purchased the same report twice or made an error, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will refund the duplicate charge without any hassle.
