Single Vehicle History Reports
Due to the digital nature of our vehicle history reports and the costs associated with generating them, all sales for single reports are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for single report purchases once the report has been generated and accessed.
We will consider a refund only in cases where there was a technical error on our part that prevented you from receiving or viewing the report you purchased.
Pro Access Subscriptions
For our "Pro Access" one-time purchase, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Pro Access service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
